  Very poor front desk/communication problems. ALWAYS get voicemail when I call & rarely do they call back, so I get in my car & go down in person which I shouldn't have to do.

  Horrible! I’ve been going there for a few years and every time I have chase down results for anything I go for. Same for my boyfriend. My most recent experience.. I went in for lab work and when I was there the PA or whatever she was mentioned to me my Pap smear from 5 months earlier came back abnormal. I had received no call and not the first time it had happened. So the PA tells me she is going to send me a referral to an OBGYN. I wait about 2 weeks for that and hear nothing. I went in and asked where the referral is and the receptionist tells me they had not sent it to the OBGYN yet and just printed me the paper referral and to call them. So I call the OBGYN about a week later and they cannot make me an appointment bc the WRIGHT CENTER still had not sent the results. My boyfriend went in for bloodwork had to go back to FOUR times for a platelet count, was referred to and Oncologist only to find out the Wright Center miscounted his platelets FOUR TIMES!! They LITERALLY SUCK!
